Here is an idea that might work for you. Worth looking at, anyway.
Fabric tension hoop style buildings. Take the cover off in less than
an hour. load the contents and cover into a U haul and get out of
the storms path. 75 mph with load. 28 lbs per sq ft snow load
on non trussed buildings. 95 to 125 mph wind load, and no practical
limit snow load on trussed buildings. These are used in the Arctic
EX UV treated for Iraq and Afhanistan. Tank covers and troop quarters.

These are water tight and some of them will
stand up to 90 mph winds, if properly anchored,
even with the cover on. Even the smaller cheaper
units listed above, will take 65 mph winds.
Why keep putting up the same old buildings and getting the same old
heartache when mother nature blows it to kindling or floods you out?
Here is another idea....
Put a forty foot shipping container alongside the building and just
transfer the contents of the building into the container when tornado
or hurricane approaches. These things are 8,000 lbs empty. Are easily
anchored to the earth. Anchor it with chains o all four corners to
concrete pilings buried deep enough, and no storm will budge it.
Or if you are really worried? Just take it with you on a flatbed.
Want to change business locations? Just take it with you. Why put up
a stick building for the next tenant? Excellent resale value. Easy to
resale if you just get tired of moving.
Easily moved from one location to another.
Containers adrift at sea, when recovered after months of floating
had dry contents. Water proof. Safe from looters. Put 4 heavy duty
padlocks on front and rear doors, and it would take a cutting torch
and lots of time to break into one of these.
Want to go on vacation but leery of burglary or fire? This is the
solution. Just transfer contents from building into container.
Even in a severe flood, the container is waterproof and will float.
Your contents will be dry in the waterproof shipping container.
After the storm, put the cover back on and move your stuff out of the
container back into the building and you are back in business with no
need to rebuild again. It just makes sense. Why keep rebuilding?
