Looking for a deer/elk rifle. Ruger and Weatherby preferred but will consider all. in Topeka, Kansas For Sale

I am looking to buy a new deer rifle. I'd like to stick to 30-06, but I will consider 7mm RemMag and other calibers... especially if they come with ammunition. Preference for all-weather options, but I will look at blued and wood stocked rifles as well. My budget is anything up to $800 but you can expect me to haggle overpriced guns heavily.
I have cash in hand for the right gun. Serious buyer. No tire kicking. Let me know what you have
